Rental Basics

Driver & Rental Eligibility

  • Minimum age 21+

  • Some premium/luxury vehicles may require age 25+

  • Valid, unexpired driver’s license required

  • Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle

Cleaning & Smoking

  • No smoking or vaping in any vehicle

  • Excessive dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, or biohazards may result in cleaning fees

  • Vehicle must be returned in reasonably clean condition

  • Excessive Cleaning - $75 - $250

  • Smoking Remediation : Up to $250

Deposits & Payments

  • Security deposit required before vehicle release

  • Full rental payment due before pickup

  • Applicable fees must be paid before vehicle release

  • Deposits may be used toward unpaid fees, damage, or other charges allowed by the rental agreement

Mileage, Fuel & Returns

  • 200 miles/day included + $0.75 per additional mile.

  • Excess mileage may result in additional charges

  • Vehicle must be returned with the required fuel/charge level

  • Late returns may result in additional fees

Responsibility & Protection

Tolls, Tickets & Violations

  • Renter is responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, citations, and traffic violations during the rental period

  • Any unpaid charges may be billed after the rental

  • Processing or administrative fees may apply when allowed by the rental agreement

GPS / Vehicle Tracking

  • Certain vehicles may contain GPS or vehicle-tracking technology for safety, recovery, and fleet management

  • Tracking devices may not be removed, disabled, or tampered with

  • Any applicable tracking disclosure will be included in the rental agreement

Damage, Accidents & Roadside

  • Any accident, damage, theft, or mechanical issue must be reported immediately

  • Do not authorize repairs without approval from Hines Premier Auto Group

  • Follow all accident-reporting and insurance procedures in the rental agreement

  • Roadside assistance instructions will be provided when applicable

Extensions & Authorized Drivers

  • Rental extensions must be approved before the scheduled return time

  • Additional charges may apply for extensions

  • Only drivers listed and approved on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle

  • Unauthorized drivers may result in fees or termination of the rental
